An Overseas Vastu Consultation brings the full depth of a structured Vastu assessment to clients who are based outside Singapore — or to those who prefer a consultation without an on-site visit. The analysis is conducted using your floor plan and compass directional screenshot, which you submit ahead of the session. The consultation itself takes place over Zoom video call, or in person at the Nivas Astro office in Singapore, whichever suits you better. This service covers all residential property types — HDB flats, condominiums, private apartments, and landed homes — across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and beyond. How the Consultation Works: Before the session: - You submit your floor plan (PDF) and a compass screenshot showing your property's facing direction - Your birth date, birth time, and birth place are analysed for birth chart and numerology assessment - A full Vastu analysis of your floor plan is prepared in advance During the consultation (Zoom or in person): - Birth chart and numerology findings for main door direction and alignment - Room-by-room Vastu evaluation — what is working well and what can be improved - Practical remedies and recommendations explained clearly - Detailed Vastu report presented and discussed What You Receive: - A personalised Vastu report with compass-annotated floor plan - Room-by-room findings with specific remedies for each zone - Birth chart and numerology-aligned main door and layout recommendations - Actionable guidance you can implement — no structural demolition required This service is priced by property type and size.
