I’m Astrologer Nivas, a Singapore-based Indian Vedic Astrologer and Vastu Shastra Consultant. While Nivas Astro was established in 2018, I have been practising Astrology and Vastu professionally since 2015, supporting clients with structured guidance and practical clarity.

My work is rooted in Vedic Astrology using both the Parashara and KP Astrology systems, helping clients understand life patterns, timing trends, and decision-making across key areas such as career, finances, relationships, health, and major milestones.

For Vastu Shastra consultations, I follow a systematic, measurement-driven approach that combines on-site compass readings, interior and exterior assessment, and structured layout evaluation based on classical principles. My process is strengthened with professional-grade Vastu analysis tools that support Ekasheeti Pada (81 pada) grid application, direction tilt calculation to precise degrees, and multiple grid-placement methods (circumscribed/inscribed) to suit different plot shapes and orientations. I assess Vastu at both the macro level (plot/mother vastu) and micro level (rooms/child vastu), including identification of critical zones such as marma points, and where relevant, Aayadi calculations to evaluate spatial-energy suitability. This allows me to deliver practical, implementable recommendations for residential, commercial, and industrial premises—aligned to real-world constraints, renovations, and usage requirements.
