To begin, please select your property type from the dropdown list when booking: Intermediate Terrace/Cluster/Shophouse Corner Terrace/Semi-Detached Detached Bungalow Good Class Bungalow Part 1: On-Site House Visitation & Evaluation [45min - 1hr] The process begins with a visit to your property to gather essential data and documentation. This includes: Measurement & Documentation: Precise compass measurements will be taken, followed by a thorough walkthrough and evaluation of the entire living space. Photo and Video Taking: Photos and videos of the property will be taken during the visit to aid in the detailed analysis and report preparation. Part 2: Vastu Consultation (at Nivas Astro Office) [1hr - 1.5hr] (Within 5 working days from On-site visit, appointment will be booked by Nivas Astro Office) A dedicated consultation session will be held at the Nivas Astro office to discuss the findings and provide personalized guidance. Birth Chart Analysis: Prior to the consultation, the residents’ date, time, and place of birth are analyzed to determine suitable main door directions and unique Vastu alignments. Detailed Explanation: During the meeting, a clear explanation of the good and bad elements in the floor plan will be provided, along with the presentation of the report, remedies, and practical recommendations. Follow-Up Support: After the consultation, any further questions regarding the Vastu Report can be emailed to nivas@nivasastro.com within two days. Part 3: Detailed Vastu Report You will receive a comprehensive Vastu Report that serves as a practical guide for your home: Personalized Analysis: Evaluation of the main door facing direction and unit number based on the residents’ birth details. Floor Plan Evaluation: An annotated floor plan complete with compass drawings and a detailed analysis of all rooms. Findings, Remedies & Recommendations: A clear summary of findings with actionable remedies and recommendations to enhance the flow of positive energy in your home.
