Service Description

A Landed Property Vastu consultation at Nivas Astro Singapore is a comprehensive Vastu Shastra assessment for landed homes — including terrace houses, semi-detached homes, detached houses, bungalows, and Good Class Bungalows. Landed property assessments require both macro-level analysis (the plot, its shape, the surrounding land, road orientation, and external directional influences) and micro-level analysis (the internal room layout, door positions, staircase placement, and the location of key functional spaces). The assessment also includes marma zone identification — the sensitive energy points within the plot that should not be disturbed by heavy structural elements. The consultation involves two sessions. Session 1 is an on-site visit (60–90 minutes) covering the full plot and interior assessment. Session 2 is an office consultation at Race Course Road (60–90 minutes), at least five days later, for presentation of findings, practical recommendations, and Q&A. A detailed Vastu report is provided. Birth chart and numerology analysis for the primary occupants, along with marma zone calculations, are conducted between sessions.
