The consultation involves two sessions. Session 1 is an on-site visit to the flat (45–60 minutes) for compass measurements, directional readings, and full interior and exterior evaluation. Session 2 is an office consultation at Race Course Road (60–90 minutes), conducted at least five days after Session 1, where the astrologer presents the findings, explains each recommendation in detail, and answers all questions.
