The buyer shortlists up to three HDB flats; the vastu consultant visits each property, conducts compass readings and a directional layout assessment, and provides a clear verdict: suitable, conditionally suitable, or not recommended. No written report is provided at these visits. The service is valid for three months from the first visit, allowing flexibility across the property search timeline. Birth chart and numerology alignment analysis for the primary buyer is included.
