Choosing a property is one of the largest financial decisions most families make. In the Singapore property market, shortlisted units move fast. A full Vastu assessment takes a minimum of 5 working days to prepare — and most properties simply cannot wait that long. This is why Vastu property selection exists as a separate service.
What Is Vastu Property Selection?
Vastu property selection is an on-site service where the consultant visits each of your shortlisted properties and gives an immediate verbal verdict — suitable or not suitable — on the spot.
The purpose is not a full analysis. The purpose is to give you a clear directional answer before the property is gone. Deeper analysis follows once the decision is firm.
Why There Is No Written Report
A full Vastu assessment involves compass readings, detailed interior and exterior documentation, birth chart alignment, written findings and remedy recommendations. This takes a minimum of 5 working days to prepare properly.
In property selection, there is no time for that. Shortlisted properties move quickly — especially in Singapore's HDB and condo markets. Clients need a verdict at the visit, not days later.
This is why the verdict is given verbally, on the spot, at each property. It is immediate and clear: suitable or not suitable.
Once the client has made their decision and the chosen property is confirmed, a deeper analysis can follow. This typically takes the form of an Overseas Vastu Consultation — a remote consultation using floor plans and photographs. Since the on-site visit has already been conducted during property selection, no second site visit is needed. How the 3-Visit Package Works
The property selection package covers 3 on-site visits. Each visit is conducted during daytime hours only — never after sunset. Natural light is essential. It ensures every aspect of the property — the approach, the entry, the interior zones, the windows and the outdoor areas — is seen clearly and assessed accurately.
At each property:
Compass measurements at the main entry point and key zones
Birth chart alignment check for the primary occupant
Numerology alignment of the property address
Immediate verbal verdict — suitable or not suitable
During the visit: The consultant works in focused silence. Questions and conversations during the assessment distract the thought process and affect the quality of the reading. Clients should allow the consultant to complete the visit without interruption. If anything is needed, the consultant will ask. Once the assessment is complete, questions are welcome.
The package is valid for 3 months from the first visit. If your shortlist changes within that period, the remaining visits can be used for replacement properties.
