This Home Vastu service is for Condominium and Private Apartment property types. Kindly choose relevant property type from the dropdown list before booking. Studio 2-Bedroom 3-Bedroom 4-Bedroom Duplex/Penthouse Home Vastu Consultation includes the following: Birth Chart Analysis: Based on the residents’ date, time and place of birth prior to house visitation. This is to check suitable main door direction. House Visitation: Visit the property, take compass measurements, walkthrough and evaluation. Explanation of the good/bad in the floor plan via vastu report with remedies and recommendations. Q/A Home Vastu Report includes the following: Analysis of Main door facing direction and unit number based on the residents’ birth details Evaluation of Floor plan with compass drawings Analysis of all rooms, findings, remedies and recommendations Information required at the time of booking: Birth date, birth time and birth place of first occupant and second occupant House Address Clear floor plan in pdf (distorted/unclear images will compromise the accuracy of vastu analysis) Birth details and house address will be captured at the time of online booking and you will receive confirmation email. Cancellation Policy
All analysis are purely based on birth details provided at the time of booking. Vedic Astrology and Astrologer are correct. Prediction might fail if birth details are not accurate. No Entertainment of refund of fees (or) re-analysis will be allowed in any circumstances. Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients as well as to the astrologer's pre-analysis work, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Nivas Astro has a minimum 24-hour rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a charge of 100% consultation fee. “No shows” will be charged 100% consultation fee. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge, with minimum 24-hour notice prior to your appointment. Refund Policy: If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be no refund. If an appointment is cancelled with minimum 24 hours' notice, we will provide 95% refund.
